										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class="intro" style="text-align: justify;">Je vous disais il y a quelques jours que j&rsquo;adorais mangé épicé. Je vous avais d&rsquo;ailleurs donné <a href="https://www.immersionvegetale.com/recette-gnocchis-brocoli-tofu-sauce-curry-vert-cacahuete/"><strong>une recette à base de curry vert</strong></a> que j&rsquo;adore préparer en cette saison. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, on part sur un plat totalement différent mais qui fait l&rsquo;unanimité : la pizza ! Personnellement, j&rsquo;en raffole ! Je crois qu&rsquo;il ne se passe pas une semaine sans que je craque pour une délicieuse pizza italienne. Dans cette recette, je pars sur une version un peu originale puisque j&rsquo;apporte une touche de piment avec la sauce Sriracha. Pour le reste, on est sur une pizza épicée végétarienne avec des ingrédients de saison. Je vous dévoile tout ça dans les prochaines lignes.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span class="dropcap">I</span>l</strong> est vrai que j&rsquo;aurais pu tout faire maison&#8230; Je sais que certaines personnes vont râler mais moi je n&rsquo;aime pas passer 3h en cuisine et j&rsquo;avoue parfois acheter certains ingrédients tout prêts ! Pour cette recette, j&rsquo;ai acheté une <strong>pâte à pizza</strong> ainsi que la <strong>sauce tomate</strong>. J&rsquo;ai d&rsquo;ailleurs fait par hasard un très bon choix car la « <em>pizza sauce aromatica</em> » de chez Mutti est absolument délicieuse ! Je ne suis pas sûre que j&rsquo;aurais fait meilleur par moi-même.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Mais si vous voulez une recette de pizza entièrement faite maison, j&rsquo;avais publié <strong><a href="https://www.byopaline.com/recette-pizza-vegetarienne-epinards-ricotta-et-champignons/">celle aux épinards, à la ricotta et à la noisette</a></strong> avec une pâte légèrement <em>fluffy</em> à base de farine de pois chiche. Elle est très différente puisqu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de base tomate (éternel débat) mais tout aussi bonne !</p>

<div class="jetpack-recipe-directions e-instructions"><h4 class="jetpack-recipe-directions-title">Instructions</h4><br />&#8211; Préchauffer le four à 200°C.<br />&#8211; Étaler la pâte à pizza sur une plaque, verser et répartir la sauce tomate, mélangée à l&rsquo;équivalent de deux cuillères à soupe de sauce Sriracha.<br />&#8211; Couper le chou-fleur en fleurettes, les rincer et les disposer sur la pâte. Faire de même avec les champignons épluchés et coupés en rondelles.<br />&#8211; Ajouter la mozzarella coupée en tranches ainsi que les olives noires<br />&#8211; Enfourner pour environ 25 minutes à 200°C..<br />&#8211; Juste avant de servir, parsemer la pizza de roquette fraîche et déguster.</div>
